About
As a Clinical Psychologist, Couples Therapist trained in the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy, Ketamine (Psychedelic) Assisted Psycho therapy trained through Polaris Insight Center, Parent Coach through Hand in Hand Parenting, mindfulness meditation teacher through the Integrative Restoration Institute, advanced 800-hour yoga teacher, and certified herbalist, I work to create bridges between mind and body therapies. As the former Founder and CEO of Oasis Therapy Center, a mental health clinic with locations spanning the Bay Area, I have worked with hundreds of clients. Additionally, I have served as a consultant and supervisor to licensed therapists in a variety of clinical settings, as well as served as a clinical supervisor at the Wright Institute to doctoral candidates. I received my BA from Columbia University and doctorate from George Washington University. I work with individuals, couples, and families, with a goal of arriving at confidence and contentment in their lives. I do this by centering the values that drive one's choices, trauma healing, relational work, re-training of habits and nervous system, and somatic awareness. I am highly organized and sessions are structured so that you can meet your goals manageably and efficiently. I prioritize the empowerment of my clients, sharing notes and many resources documenting exercises and tools I teach so that clients can build their own toolboxes.

About Mental Health Practice Providers

Mental health practices that incorporate ketamine therapy into their treatment offerings. These providers combine traditional psychiatric or psychological care with ketamine-assisted therapy for conditions like depression, anxiety, and PTSD.

What to Expect at a Mental Health Practice

At a mental health practice offering ketamine therapy, treatment is typically integrated with ongoing psychiatric or psychological care. Your provider may combine ketamine sessions with talk therapy, sometimes during the treatment itself (ketamine-assisted psychotherapy). Sessions are administered in a clinical office setting with medical oversight. The focus tends to be on the mental health context surrounding your treatment, not just the ketamine session alone.
