Meet Robert Bowers MD Robert Bowers, MD, is a double board-certified, fellowship-trained anesthesiology and pain medicine physician, practicing at Bellevue Pain and Wellness PLLC, in Bellevue, Washington and servicing areas in Seattle, Washington.
