Elevate Medical is a progressive psychiatry practice with an office in Midtown Manhattan, providing mental and physical wellness services for all ages through their online platform. The diverse team of psychiatrists and psychotherapists, including Yung Park, MD, Kevin Lemaire, DO, Sima Paul, MD, and Lesley Cano, PMHNP-BC, are friendly, approachable, and open-minded, and they work hard to create a trusting patient-therapist connection. Elevate Medical provides specialized and customized care, focusing on treating the whole patient, not their symptoms. The team members are experts at diagnosing and treating various psychiatric conditions, including bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). They also treat neurodevelopmental disorders, including attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and provide child and adolescent psychiatry and geriatric psychiatry services. All services at the practice, including psychotherapy and medication management, are virtual except for treatment with Spravato®, a nasal spray that is FDA-approved for people who have treatment-resistant depression (TRD) and major depressive disorder (MDD) with symptoms.
