Welcome to One Spirit Wellness, Integrative Medicine for Psychiatry & Ketamine. We provide functional medicine assessments, wholistic wellness, treatment for depression, anxiety, insomnia, fatigue & chronic illness, including ketamine assisted psychotherapy. We offer individual sessions and group retreats. We have created a tranquil & calm space for treatments, as we understand just how important mindset is as well as setting and your environment for your sense of safety. For our ketamine assisted psychotherapy, we utilize benevolent accessories such as 5-Element Acupuncture, Mindfulness Meditation, and Aromatic Molecules for aroma therapy as part of your care to ensure a safe and meaningful journey. Our physician, Dr. Margaret Gold will hold space for you in a cozy environment, that feels like home, and be with you during your entire journey, you are never alone during your treatment. Dr. Gold will guide you throughout the process, with a medical assessment, preparation & intention setting, your session(s) and the integration afterwards, which is such a key element in the healing process. We provide noise cancelling headphones, a uniquely created playlist for your journey, a Mindfold eye cover, cozy blankets, and snacks/ juice once your session is complete.
