Somatic Collaborative

About
Be yourself, even when it is terrifying. Find a deep, regulated you. Feel safe in your own skin & know you belong. Learn to regulate and find ease. Renew (or find) a sense of aliveness and easeful connection. Develop a sense of safety & security in relationship. Don't get freaked out so easily. Unstick your sense of stuckness. Calm a wacky or intense physiological response. (Can't sleep, jittery, numb, shut down, bottom drops out of stomach...) And so much more... We've helped people be able to fall asleep, shift their relationship with a lifetime of shame and guilt, renew their relationship to creativity, and more. The most important thing is we help people feel better in their own skin and in their own experience of being themselves, whatever that looks like for them. Simply put, we work with trauma. We work with nervous systems. We work with attachment, connection, and our ability to relate. Tools and modalities we are trained in: Somatic Experiencing (SE), Brainspotting, Embodied Recovery, NARM (Neuro Affective Relational Model), Co-Regulating Touch, massage, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Practitioner), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Internal Family Systems (IFS) Trainings we are currently undertaking: Ketamine-Assisted Psycho therapy (KAP), EMDR, Psychedelic-Assisted Psycho therapy.

Addiction

About Mental Health Practice Providers

Mental health practices that incorporate ketamine therapy into their treatment offerings. These providers combine traditional psychiatric or psychological care with ketamine-assisted therapy for conditions like depression, anxiety, and PTSD.

What to Expect at a Mental Health Practice

At a mental health practice offering ketamine therapy, treatment is typically integrated with ongoing psychiatric or psychological care. Your provider may combine ketamine sessions with talk therapy, sometimes during the treatment itself (ketamine-assisted psychotherapy). Sessions are administered in a clinical office setting with medical oversight. The focus tends to be on the mental health context surrounding your treatment, not just the ketamine session alone.
